THE SOLEMNITY OF THE ASSUMPTION OF OUR BLESSED MOTHER INTO HEAVEN is to be observed this coming Tuesday, August 15th. According to the teaching of the Catholic Church, it is as important that we participate at Mass on this special observance as it is that we come to Mass each weekend. Masses for the Assumption are scheduled as follows: on Monday, August 14th, at St. Mary Parish at 7:00 p.m.; on Tues., Aug. 15th, at St. Mary Parish at 9:00 a.m.; also on Tues., Aug. 15th, at 7:00 p.m. at Resurrection Parish.
