Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults: Easter is one week away as we walk the road toward the cross and the glory of the Resurrection. The R.C.I.A. will bring new people into the churches of the Toledo Diocese and into churches around the world. This process is for all those who have never been baptized, or for those who were baptized, but have never had any catechesis. If you are reading this and you fall into one of these categories, and you have a desire to learn about the faith of the Catholic Church, then the R.C.I.A. is the process you are looking for. Perhaps, you know someone who has questions about the Catholic faith or your non-Catholic spouse has questions? The R.C.I.A. is a wonderful way to help people understand why we Catholics do what we do. It is a way to explain our beliefs, answer questions, and clear up any misconceptions. There is no commitment to become a Catholic. The R.C.I.A. is a time to learn about the Catholic faith and allow God to lead you through your personal faith journey. The next RCIA session begins in September. Before September we want to answer your personal questions and have you fill out some information.
